Here are the top 7 requirements on that application: 1)$500 non-refundable application fee 2)Provide all school grades since pre-K. 3)Provide full blood analysis. 4)Provide 5 references. 5)Schedule interview with parents 6)The first 1000 hours of socializing with my daughter will be under my direct supervision. 7)Provide full criminal background check and credit check.
